3 Steps to Attract New Clients to Your Wedding Business
Are you currently struggling to attract new brides and grooms to your business?
If so, there’s a proven time-tested strategy that anyone can use to attract new clients. It has nothing to do with Facebook, and best of all it won’t cost you a dime!
You’ve probably heard the phrase a thousand times that “content is king.” But how can you create valuable content that will attract your target customers to your business?
- First, before you begin creating any content at all you’ll need a place to publish your content, so if you don’t already have a website or blog then I strongly recommend getting one setup.Of course, the overall design of your website, how quickly it loads, and whether or not it’s mobile-friendly will all leave a huge impression on your audience, especially with first-time visitors. So make sure that your website is responsive and looks great on all devices, from desktop and laptop computers, to smartphones and tablets. It doesn’t do much good to create great content if your audience cannot easily view it on any device they choose.
- Next, to create valuable content that your audience is eager to consume, start by answering questions that customers have already asked you in the past. You can also look online in forums and groups, and in blog comments and reviews for people talking about problems that they’ve experienced. Look for a common thread, then create a solution to their problem in the form of a video, blog post, or article on your website.
According to studies, the perfect length for a this content is 7 minutes, or around 1,600 words. Additionally, try to create compelling headlines to pique interest and keep people reading.
- Finally, after publishing your new video, blog post, or article to your website, it’s time to get in front of your audience.Share your content on social media sites, and message board forums; add a link to it in your email signature or anywhere else you can think of
To extend your reach even further, network with other wedding professionals who can share your content with their group of followers and subscribers.
